Importing a container of charcoal follows the same steps every time. Here is how it works with us.
- Inquiry. Tell us the product, carton size, destination port and how many containers.
- Quote. We reply with a price per container and terms, usually within one business day.
- Sample. We send a sample so you can check the grade before the first container.
- Contract and deposit. We confirm specs, cartons and loading date.
- Production and packing. Charcoal is sorted, packed and loaded at our end.
- Booking and loading. We book the vessel, load the container and send photos.
- Documents. Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificates go with the shipment.
- Balance and release. After balance payment the bill of lading is released.
What you handle at your end
Customs clearance, import duties and inland delivery, unless you choose DDP.
